How does the free trial work?
Pro and Premium start with a 3-day free trial with the full plan. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then — cancel during the trial and you're never charged. There's one trial per person: if you've had a trial or a paid plan before, a new plan is charged from the first day. The 7-day money-back guarantee starts from your first payment.
What counts as a connected account?
Each MT5 account number you link with its investor password. Removing an active account frees its slot straight away for a new one.
Do I lose features on the free plan?
No. Every plan includes the full dashboard, analytics, calendar, journal, leaderboard and public profile. The only difference is how many accounts you can connect at once.
What happens to my accounts if my plan drops?
Nothing is ever deleted. The account you connected first stays active, and any accounts over your new plan's limit are locked: their trades are hidden and they stop syncing until you unlock them. You choose which accounts stay active, and can change that once every 15 days. Upgrading unlocks them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
