Is my account safe?

Yes. We only use your investor (read-only) password. This is a special MT5 password that can only view your trade history. It cannot place trades, withdraw funds, or modify your account in any way. Even if our servers were compromised, your funds are completely safe.

Can Keepssy place trades on my account?

No. It is technically impossible. The investor password is read-only by design from MetaQuotes (the company that makes MT5). No one can place trades with an investor password.

What is an investor password?

Every MT5 account has two passwords. The master password lets you trade and withdraw. The investor password is read-only and can only view account history. You give Keepssy the investor password so we can see your trades but never touch your money.

Can I disconnect anytime?

Yes. Click Remove next to your connected account and everything is deleted instantly. Your MT5 account is completely unaffected.

Is Keepssy really free?

Yes. Keepssy is completely free during early access. We plan to add premium features later, but the core journal will always have a free tier.

What data do you collect?

Only your trade history (entry price, exit price, profit/loss, timestamps). We never collect personal financial information, bank details, or your master password.
